My mission is to guide you to a world where you can thrive in your career and personal life, and feel at ease doing it.

about me
I’m a certified Health Coach, a corporate wellness educator, and the founder of The Balanced Method, a holistic lifestyle approach designed to help high-achievers build stress resilience by focusing on both mental and physical lifestyle changes.Â
Navigating the pressures and demands of the corporate world for the last 12 years, and currently working at a Fortune 100 company, I understand firsthand the unique challenges that ambitious professionals face, including maintaining work-life balance, dealing with high stress environments and trying to keep it together amidst busy, chaotic, and often unpredictable schedules. With so much of our energy spent building, creating, and supporting those around us, it’s easy to forget to care for ourselves. And when life feels nonstop, sorting through the noise to find what truly works can feel overwhelming. That’s why my mission is to simplify the process for you.Â
helping you focus on what will create the most meaningful change in a way that feels natural, effortless, and truly good in both your body and mind.

My Story
For years, I was focused on achievement—excelling in school, building a career, and always pushing forward no matter what it took. I put myself second in most situations, and took pride in my perseverance and hardworking nature. In the meantime, I neglected my own well-being. Stress was always a constant, and I brushed off signs that my body needed attention—low energy, digestive issues, agitation, reactive behavior, and more physically; skin flare-ups. I tried different diets and workout routines, thinking more discipline was the answer to how I felt, but nothing seemed to stick. My stress was debilitating, impacted every aspect of my life - career, relationships, self-worth, family relationships, and I thought it was all part of the cards I was dealt.Â
It wasn’t until I was forced to slow down for the first time through a yoga retreat, that I was reflected back to myself how disconnected I felt from my body and mind. That was the jumping off point into a conscious holistic deep dive into every area of my life. I wasn’t only focusing on breath and meditation, but also paying more attention to my mindset, my thoughts, the foods I was putting into my body / how I was eating, who I was choosing to surround myself with, and optimizing my gut. All of a sudden, I started noticing my energy improve, my confidence increase, and my mind start to slow down and handle problems with more ease.Â
The world around me didn’t change. I changed how I processed the world, and became more resilient physically and mentally to whatever was thrown at me.Â
And that's when I knew that if I could make these changes and feel so good, I want to help others feel it too. We all deserve it, we sometimes just need a little help.Â

The health and wellness industry is saturated with an overwhelming amount of information, trendy supplements, the next best diet, and social media influence that we latch on to in the hopes that maybe the next product or trend will work for us. Most of us just want the quick fixes and reliefs because we don’t have time to sit and research, sift through the BS, and figure out what to trust.
But imagine a world where, you didn’t have to doubt or be skeptical, because you already know?
What if, the answers are already within you?
And all it took was for you to connect with that deep inner knowing, and build a relationship with yourself so intimate that you knew exactly what you needed?
Unbothered, unshakeable, and in tune.
Let’s not overcomplicate it.
Because wellness should feel effortless, intuitive, and good. Let’s get back to the basics and get you feeling GOOD.
